What Vandami Jewels collects when you use our store, why, and what you can do about it.

What you bought, when, and the status of the order.
Payment information
Handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store full payment credentials.
Technical information
IP address, browser and device, pages viewed, and how you reached us.
Why we use it
- To take, pack, ship and support your order.
- To talk to you about that order.
- To send marketing, only where you have opted in. You can stop this at any time.
- To improve the store and understand what people look at.
- To detect fraud and keep the store secure.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who need it to do their job:

Where it is stored
Our platform and some service providers store data outside India. Where that happens we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Everything else for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

- What personal data of yours we hold, and who we shared it with
- Correction of anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Erasure of data we no longer need
- Withdrawal of consent you previously gave
- Nomination of someone to exercise these rights if you cannot

This store is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
