In short
- Cancel within 48 hours of placing the order
- Only if the order has not already been processed for dispatch
- Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled
- Customized pieces cannot be cancelled or exchanged
Cancellation window
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed for dispatch.
After the 48-hour cancellation window, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
How to cancel
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98113 33755 or email vandamijewels@gmail.com.
- Include your order number.
- We confirm whether the order has already been processed for dispatch.
Customized orders
Customized jewellery may have different processing requirements.
For customization requests, please contact our team on WhatsApp and provide:
- Piece number / SKU
- Type of customization required
- Any relevant measurements or specifications
Our team will confirm whether the requested customization is possible and communicate the applicable additional charges and timeline before proceeding.
Customized pieces are not eligible for exchange or refund.
