We currently ship across India and internationally.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after successful confirmation of payment.

Certain pieces may require additional processing time due to availability, quality checks or customization. In such cases, our team will contact you with the expected timeline.

Delivery timeline

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:

Other locations	3-7
Remote areas	5-10

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before the order is confirmed.

Vandami Jewels currently does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

International shipping

International orders are welcome.

International shipping charges are calculated separately and are payable by the customer. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne by the customer.

Please contact our team before placing an international order for the applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery timeline.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through your registered contact details.

Incorrect shipping information

Please ensure that your name, address, phone number, email address and other delivery details are accurate before completing your order.

Vandami Jewels cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
