Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of our store and any order you place with us.

What we sell

Vandami Jewels sells premium fashion and imitation jewellery. Our pieces are made on brass, copper alloy and German silver bases with plated finishes and set with polki-look stones, kundan, cubic zirconia, pearl and similar materials.

Our pieces are not precious-metal jewellery, are not hallmarked, and are not sold as an investment or a store of value. Stones are decorative and are not certified gemstones.

We describe base metal, plating, stones and weight on each piece page as accurately as we can.

Images and description

We photograph pieces as faithfully as we can, but screens vary and handmade pieces vary slightly from one to the next. Small differences in tone, stone placement and finish are a feature of hand work, not a defect.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, where:

The piece is out of stock.
A price or description was listed in error.
We cannot deliver to the address given.
We suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices can change without notice, but never after we have accepted your order.

Payment is taken through Razorpay. We do not store your card details. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Delivery

See Shipping & Delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers, weather and public holidays affect them. Risk in the piece passes to you on delivery.

Exchanges and cancellations

The terms you are accepting

Exchange-only policy, no refunds
Exchange within 72 hours of delivery, unworn and in original condition
Return shipping for an approved exchange is borne by the customer
An unboxing video is mandatory for damage, missing-item or wrong-item claims
Customized pieces are not eligible for exchange
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours, if not yet processed for dispatch

Returns & Exchanges and Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in them limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Care and warranty limits

Plated fashion jewellery is a wearing item, designed for celebrations rather than daily wear. Damage from water, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, impact or improper storage is not covered.

Using the site

You may not use the store to break the law, scrape or copy our content, interfere with the site, or buy for commercial resale without our written agreement.

Our content

All text, photographs, designs and the Vandami name and marks belong to us or our licensors. Please do not reuse them without permission.

Content you send us

If you post a review or send us a photograph, you keep ownership but grant us permission to use it to show and promote our pieces. Do not send anything unlawful, misleading, or belonging to someone else.

Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
